Shipping & Returns

We ship via the United States Postal Service for the most economically efficient option. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a confirmation ID. This is not a tracking number, meaning the location of packages are only recorded at the shipment point and the destination point, but not in between. We will be able to tell when your item is delivered to the shipment address. Items marked "undeliverable" to the given address will be returned to sender.

If you foresee issues with the USPS shipping because of previous experience receiving packages, we suggest you use UPS. We cannot issue refunds for packages returned to sender as undeliverable when package is shipped to the address given.

If you would like to know the status of your order, please email us at shipping [at]paperlicious[dot]com and we will update you on your package.

INTERNATIONAL: We offering international shipping through MyUS.com. Please note that all international sales are final when they leave the MyUS shipping hub. As an amendment to our Satisfaction Guarantee, please ask MyUS to send you a photo of your item prior to shipping from their hub.
