What is Digital Delivery?
We email you a JPG file of your final invitation design, without the word PROOF over the art. You will not receive printed invitations from us. You will not receive a hard copy of the file in the mail. You will only receive an email version of the file.

I can't decide? Should I have you print them or choose Digital Delivery?
That is a personal choice. Our printing process is a professional digital printer and the colors are vibrant and bold. The paper is a quality 80lb card stock and the edges are cut precisely and squarely. The invitation includes brightly colored envelopes, and ever order is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee, so there is really nothing to lose by letting us print it for you. However, some people would like to save time and money by choosing digital delivery, so we offer this service, too.

How much does it cost?
There is a one time charge of $18.99 for the one-time personal use license to print or distribute your custom invitation. This does not include the right to redistribute or resale this item, change the item in any way, or request additional changes from Paperlicious LLC after the final image file has been delivered.

Do I receive any envelopes from Paperlicious?
No, you do not. You will need to purchase size A6 envelopes yourself for mailing. Though if you are texting the invite only, you do not need envelopes! Also, if you are inviting a group at say an office or school, you can choose to skip the envelopes.

Do I pay shipping charges?
If ALL you are ordering is the Digital Delivery Invitations File, there are no shipping charges and you may use code DIGITALNOSHIP at checkout to remove the shipping charges. You will still need to pay shipping charges on other items in your cart and we may have to adjust this amount post-purchase if shipping is not charged.

Do I still receive a proof to edit and change until I am satisfied?
Yes, you do! However, once we remove the word "proof" and send you a final production ready file, we cannot make further changes.

How long does it take to get the proof?
Usually 1-2 business days, unless you choose the RUSH option, then it is just 24 hours.

Can I print out as many copies as I want?
Yes, you can!

What kind of printer should I use?
We recommend a laser printer, but it will also work with an inkjet or photo printer. Colors may vary based on printer capabilities.

What kind of paper should I use?
We recommend an 80lb bright white smooth card or cover stock, available at most office supply stores. We also recommend you cut Letter size sheets (8.5x11) in half for printing and make sure to choose that size in the printer driver.

How do I cut the invitations if I print them at home?
For the most precise cuts on larger amounts, we suggest you go to an office supply store that has a stack paper cutter and have them cut it for you for a small fee. Invitations with colorful borders have a built in bleed, so they should be able to cut an 1/16" into the border so you do not end up with white edges. If you have a smaller amount, you can also use a rotary cutter or small stack cutter available at most craft stores and office supply stores. Or you can use scissors. It's really up to you!

What if I change my mind and want you to print them?
Not a problem! We will simply adjust your order total for the number of invitations you would like printed.

Is there anything different about how the invitation looks if Paperlicious prints it, or I do?
There is a small Paperlicious insignia in the corner of the digital file which takes the place of the insignia usually printed on the back of our invitations.

How do I email it on my phone?
We have only tried this out with a smart phone/iphone. Click on the message in your email inbox on your phone, view attachment, choose "share" from menu and then choose "messages" to text it to whomever you want in your cell phone book. Easy Breezy!

Why is this service better than using an online invitations service?
Our invitations are custom and unique, so the design quality is higher than most online services, which starts the feel of your party off with elegance and style! Plus, there are NO ads. Also, when you text the invitation using your phone, people can text you back right away. That makes it easier for you to keep track of RSVPs and guests do not have to have internet access to RSVP. Get those RSVPs in faster!

Can I get a refund on digital files?
Our refund policy is modified somewhat for digital files. You can receive a full refund prior to a proof being created. Once a proof is emailed on our end, if you choose to cancel, there is an $8.50 fee for times and resources used, otherwise you will receive the remainder as a refund. We cannot offer refunds after the final production ready file has been delivered.
